We start learning from baking and pastry since 2006. Puerto Rico back then was our lovely home and there is where we learn how to do our cake "mojadito" that means spongee and moist. We travel the island at different locations and take many different courses, later we start going to take courses to different states from the US. From our past life of our own business in the Institute of Arts and Recreations. We change our life to get into into culinary arts. Baking Rico starts has a home cottage business on the area of Bedford, Texas. The concept was to create stunning cakes with amazing flavors. We start with the offering of some pastries, bread and cakes. Everyone that order starts to get amaze by our flavors and that's how we came with the name Baking Rico. "Baking" from what we are doing and "Rico" not from a name instead from a Spanish word that his means is related with delicious. Now we have our pastry and culinary chef Yemika Parkhurst. Baking Rico now has International techniques from the Caribbean, North America and Europe. we start creating custom cakes for any celebration. Now we are located on the great city of Fort Worth, providing our great flavors to the all the great people of Texas.
